What we make

Edition 09 is a capsule of eight heavyweight oversized graphic tees. Each one takes a single idea from Greek or Roman thought — Dionysus, Fortitudo, Areté, Akropolis, Memento Mori, Nemesis, Ikaros, Kallos — and prints it large across the back, with a small crest at the chest.

How they are made

Every piece is cut from heavyweight 260 GSM cotton/poly terry-knit, brushed for a dense, sculpted drape, in a unisex oversized fit with dropped shoulders. Designed and finished in-atelier; produced and printed in India with our print partner, Qikink.

Why myth

The classical world worked out most of what we still argue about — excellence, restraint, ambition, mortality. We treat those ideas as design material rather than decoration, and we write about each one at length in our Journal.
